I promise to keep in touch and return calls promptly. If you have a suggestion or concern about your listing, I promise to listen and respond. 

I will meet with you as often as possible to discuss the current market condition, comparative market analysis and revised marketing strategies to sell your home. 

I will use continuous media and marketing strategies until your home is sold.  More importantly, much of my work will be behind the scenes with telephone calls, working with contacts, follow-ups with open house visitors, listing inquiries, web postings, networking with other agents, production of flyers, and other outreach efforts required to sell your home.

When you get an offer on your home, I promise to work hard to get you the best price and terms possible. I will present all sales offers to you immediately and make recommendations on which offer best suits your needs. I will assist you in looking at all offers objectively and offer suggestions for negotiation.

Once a contract is signed, I will monitor all provisions and details required, and inform you accordingly to ensure a smooth and timely settlement. I will follow the progress of the buyer's financing and report regularly to you. If necessary, I can recommend qualified contractors for any inspections or repairs that may be required or that you agree to do. I will take care of all details involving ordering HOA documents, termite inspection, ordering title, removing finance & inspection contingencies, attend pre-settlement walk-through of the property, arrange for settlement and finalize your closing. Lastly, I will be present and review all documents with you at settlement.
